Our Approach

How can we integrate with you?

We place a high focus on getting to know you and what is important to you; afterward, we adapt what we know about you to ensure that we can align with your vision and meet your needs. And finally, we adjust to your timezone, language, and culture.

What will we do in the first couple of weeks of a project?

This depends on what was identified as the correct solution for our partner. Still, in each case, we place a great focus on integration. Therefore we always encourage a small but detailed analysis of your context to ensure that we can integrate seamlessly.

How do we measure success in a project?

No 2 partners are alike, and therefore, together with each partner, we set and agree upon different quantitive and qualitative goals that will help us track and reach success.

On what schedule does our team work?

As our tagline states – we work when you work! Our goal is to ensure that you do not have to lag in-between time zones. Our executive business hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday ETC, UTC-5.

Are our testers dedicated resources or shared resources across projects?

We believe that dedicated resources help projects be more successful because they will be able to better integrate with your internal teams. That is why most of our testers are dedicated, yet certain situations may not require dedicated resources, and we adapt to those needs as well.
