Senior Salesforce QA

SOFTWARE ENGINEERING

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce QA with experience in Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms. The ideal candidate will be proficient in guiding clients through sprint ceremonies, particularly in functional user story testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). With a strong background as a QA testing and functional consultant, this role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring system integrity and client satisfaction.

Job responsibilities

  • Testing Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including structured functional testing and automated testing frameworks.
  • Platform Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of Salesforce and data migration tools to design effective test plans, scenarios, and data validation scripts.
  • Integration Testing: Oversee the testing of complex data integrations, ensuring data integrity and seamless platform functionality.
  • UAT Support: Guide clients through functional UAT, offering support and ensuring that the system meets business requirements.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, session reports, and defect reports, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Manage functional and directional change management processes within the Salesforce platform.
  • QA Testing Leadership: Manage and mentor QA analysts and testers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, tested solutions that align with business requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in QA roles, with a strong background as a functional consultant.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Salesforce, MuleSoft, and QA tools/frameworks such as JIRA, TestRail, and other relevant testing tools.
  • Testing Expertise: Strong experience in managing QA processes, developing testing strategies, and overseeing automated and integration testing.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Client Management: Proven ability to guide clients through sprint ceremonies and UAT processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Preferred Skills

  • Training in Logik.io is a nice-to-have.
