ounded in 2010 by Alex Dillon, TechAID was born out of a desire to solve the challenges of offshore outsourcing. Hidden costs, cultural barriers, and time zone misalignment often led to delayed projects and failed outcomes. After moving to Ecuador, Alex discovered the immense potential of Latin American IT talent and set out to create nearshore outsourcing solutions focused on seamless alignment.
