Job description

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Talent Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This crucial role contributes significantly to our company’s success by attracting, evaluating, and hiring the best tech talents from LATAM to meet the needs of our clients in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and an innate ability to identify and connect with tech talents.

Job responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies for tech positions.

  • Utilize various sourcing and digital recruitment tools to identify and attract qualified candidates within LATAM.

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, encompassing both technical expertise and cultural alignment, to ensure the highest caliber of talent acquisition.

  • Facilitate seamless communication and engagement processes with candidates and clients, fostering positive relationships and delivering exceptional experiences throughout the recruitment journey, with proficiency in English communication being a key asset.

  • Work closely with the management team to deeply understand recruitment needs and meet established timelines and metrics.

  • Manage and keep the candidate database up to date.

  • In addition to core recruitment responsibilities, proactively engage in and contribute to various HR initiatives and projects as needed, demonstrating versatility and a willingness to support the broader goals of the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment
  • Fluent/Advanced level of English.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and professional social networking platforms.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to embrace change and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong result orientation and analytical skills to handle recruitment metrics.
  • Passion for connecting with people and building lasting professional relationships.
