Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR)


Job description

Join our dynamic Sales team as a Junior Sales Development Representative! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying potential clients and expanding our reach. If you’re a proactive individual with a knack for research and engaging potential leads, you might be the perfect fit!

This a full-time position from 9 – 6PM (EST Time)

Job responsibilities

  • Lead Profiling: Identify and profile potential cold leads, ensuring they align with our target audience.
  • CRM Management: Record and manage lead information in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Engagement: Initiate contact with potential leads through calls or emails. Track and manage follow-up communications to nurture these relationships.
  • Social Media Interactions: Engage with potential clients and audiences through our social media channels, fostering connections and brand awareness.

Job Requirements

  • Strong research skills and the ability to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their professional use.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in CRM tools and understanding of their functionalities.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, particularly in leveraging InMail and Sales Navigator to initiate and nurture relationships with potential lead.
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or a related field, preferably in the technology industry.
