Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

- Lead Profiling: Identify and profile potential cold leads, ensuring they align with our target audience.
- Research: Investigate new companies to discover potential leads and understand market trends.
- CRM Management: Record and manage lead information in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Engagement: Initiate contact with potential leads through calls or emails. Track and manage follow-up communications to nurture these relationships.
- Social Media Interactions: Engage with potential clients and audiences through our social media channels, fostering connections and brand awareness.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related field, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong research skills and the ability to identify potential business opportunities.
- Experience in CRM tools and understanding of their functionalities.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, particularly in leveraging InMail and Sales Navigator to initiate and nurture relationships with potential leads
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their professional use.
- Knowledge of the software testing industry.
- Proven track record in converting cold leads into potential prospects.
- Experience in the US market.
