How to Request Data Deletion

To initiate the data deletion process, you must send an email to our system administration team. Please follow these steps carefully to ensure we can process your request promptly and securely.

• Your Full Name: The name associated with your TechAID account.

• Your Registered Email Address: The email address you used to sign up for the app.

• Your Username / Account ID (if applicable): If you have a specific username or account ID, please include it.

What to Expect Next

 

1. Verification: Once we receive your email, we will begin the process of verifying your request and locating your data in our systems. We may contact you if we need additional information to confirm your identity.

2. Processing Time: Please allow up to 15 business days for the full deletion process to be completed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Scope of Deletion: This process will permanently remove all personal and identifiable information associated with your account from our active production databases. Please note that some anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes, and certain information may be kept in secure backups for a limited time or as required to comply with legal obligations.
